Deadline for returning your ballot is January 13, 2009. Your 2008 meeting attendance information will be sent with the January 2009 newsletter. If you receive your newsletter by email or fax this information will be mailed to your address of record with SDOMA.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING OUR MEETING LOCATION: Orcutt Administration Building is located at 4511 Orcutt Avenue, San Diego, 92120. (Mapquest gives incorrect directions.) Orcutt Avenue is a small street off of Mission Gorge that literally goes behind the hospital. We are a gray building with green windows that is located between the hospital parking structure and a Grab 'n Go Sub which is located on the corner of Mission Gorge and Orcutt Avenue. If street or parking structure parking is unavailable, the place to park is in the Bank of America parking lot that is across the street. It is part of the Vons shopping center. The only KP signage for the building is on the glass entry doors. When you walk in you will see a circular conference room in front of you. To the left is Classroom B and when you walk around the conference room, go down the hall past the bathrooms, Classroom C is on your right.

Applying to DO Schools - Looking for Shadowing: My name is Erin Kenney and I have applied for DO school for the entering year of 2009. I was wondering if your organization provides ways for prospective DO school students to shadow doctors in the area? I don't know any doctors of osteopathy personally and would really appreciate some help finding one who would let me shadow them. Thank you for your time.
