Ballots for election of officers (if you are a current SDOMA member) will be sent in a separate packet, by mail. Deadline for returning your ballot is January 12, 2010. Your 2009 meeting attendance information will be sent with the January 2010 newsletter. If you receive your newsletter by email or fax this information will be mailed to your address of record with SDOMA.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING OUR MEETING LOCATION: We have again renewed our meeting location with Kaiser Hospital for 2010. We will continue to meet on the 2nd Tuesday of the month in Classroom 3 (same location) for all our meetings. EXCEPT FOR JANUARY 12 WE WILL BE IN CLASSROOM 4 (NEXT DOOR).

I will complete my fellowship in Pain Medicine at the Harvard Medical School, Brigham and Women's Hospital in June of 2010.
