Nominations for 2010 SDOMA board members needed ASAP: It's that time of year again. Nominations need to be received ASAP, so that we can meet the obligations of our by-laws and our new officers can begin their terms of office at the January 2010 meeting. According to our by-laws the following offices are up for election; Secretary (one-year term), Treasurer (one-year term) and Vice-President (one year as Vice-President, one year as President, and one year as immediate past president for a total of three years). To volunteer or place names in nomination contact Jim Cox at 619-579-2946. SDOMA NEEDS YOU! IF WE DO NOT MAINTAIN AN APPROPRIATE ROSTER OF ELECTED OFFICERS WE WILL BE IN DANGER OF SACRIFICING OUR CALIFORNIA CORPORATE STATUS.
